To apply for membership, simply download and complete the membership application form OR print the form, fill it in by hand, and scan it (please print clearly). Email the form to ogma_admin@ogma.ca, indicating your preferred method of payment. Your application will be reviewed by our Board of Directors.

For your convenience, payment can be made by credit card, Interac® e-Transfer, or cheque (note that credit card payments will incur a 2.4% surcharge). We will provide you with instructions on how to complete your payment.

Note: Membership fees will be prorated for the membership year based on the date of application.
