To apply for membership, download and complete the membership application form OR print the form, fill it in by hand, and scan it (please print clearly). Email the form to ogma_admin@ogma.ca, indicating your preferred method of payment. Our Board of Directors will review your application.

For your convenience, payment can be made by credit card, Interac® e-Transfer, direct deposit (EFT), or cheque (note that credit card payments will incur a 2.4% surcharge). We will provide you with instructions on how to complete your payment.

Note: Membership fees will be prorated for the membership year based on the date of application.
