Anthony Pasquale Caldarelli Obituary
October 10, 1950 – June 16, 2024
The OGMA Board of Directors is sad to share that Tony Caldarelli passed away on June 16, 2024, in his 73rd year, at home surrounded by his family. Tony was beloved husband, soulmate, and best friend to Christine for 43 years and a proud and loving father to Michelle (Christopher) and Nikki. Tony immigrated from Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Italy to Timmins, Ontario when he was three years old with his parents, the late Nello and Flora, and older brother Ozzie (Dorothe). He will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, and lifelong childhood and close friends. He retired in 2015 after a successful 40+ years in sales with Guardian Industries and went on to continue consulting and mentoring with Glass Tek. Tony enjoyed a passion and gift for golf and treasured his summers at cottages and winters in Florida. His determination and strength were so bravely displayed in his fight with cancer. He will be remembered for his razor-sharp wit, playful sense of humour, and his unbeatable mustache. We will miss him dearly and know that he is where it never rains on the golf course. In place of flowers, Tony had asked that donations be made to any of the following organizations that served him in his final year:
The Shakir Rehmatullah Cancer Centre at Markham Stouffville Hospital
Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake
Princess Margaret Cancer Centre
