Luana is the Glazing & Cladding Business Development Representative at Bothwell-Accurate, a company approaching a century of excellence in the construction industry. Founded in 1927, Bothwell-Accurate delivers customized total building envelope solutions in roofing, waterproofing , glazing, and cladding with a team of over 300 dedicated professionals.

With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Luana has spent the last decade specializing in integrated cladding and glazing solutions for the façade design and engineering community. She is an active contributor to the Toronto Construction Association, serving on both the Young Construction Leaders (YCL) and Entertainment Committees, and holds certification as a Technical Representative through Construction Specification Canada.

In 2023, Luana was honoured with the Sean P. McKenna Young Construction Leaders Award. She is also the Past-President of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC.ca) and Past-President of Construction Specification Institute CSINext Virtual Chapter (csinext.org).
