The OGMA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that its 2024 plant tour will be held at the UL Solutions’ laboratories in Scarborough, Ontario, on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
UL Solutions’ state-of-the-art testing laboratories offer a wide range of professional services, including laboratory and field testing. Their team comprises engineers, architects, technologists, and specialists who are recognized as industry leaders in the building science field. Their fully accredited testing laboratories provide performance testing of windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, wall systems, and full building envelope assemblies. Testing includes the evaluation of air infiltration, water penetration, thermal and structural performance, impact from hurricane and tornado winds, as well as fire resistance.
