2026 Lifetime Achievement Award

Nominations are now being received for the 2026 OGMA Lifetime Achievement Award.

Description of the Award

Each spring, the Ontario Glass & Metal Association recognizes individuals who, throughout their professional career, have made lifelong and/or outstanding contributions to the glass and metal industry.

Awards Criteria

The following criteria must be met for a candidate to be considered:

  • Candidate will have made significant accomplishments to the industry through OGMA (and its predecessor MTGA) or other industry-related associations; or have tenure in the industry.
  • Nominations may be made by any individual who is, or whose employer is, an OGMA member in good standing as of the date of nomination.
  • Nominations must be made on this nomination form, which must be filled out completely.
Judging of the Awards

Nominations will be judged upon contributions to the association and/or the industry. Nominations will be reviewed by a committee and a worthy recipient selected.

Awards Timelines

Deadline for receipt of submissions is April 1, 2026. The award will be presented at the OGMA Spring Golf Tournament on June 17, 2026. The candidate selected for the award will be notified prior to the event.
